Hi there I'm Paula Stuart and I'm excited, passionate individual around thriving with menopause. I qualified as a nurse 2014 and didn't really think about my own journey in the menopause until 2020. Why? because the world became quite still, not for us on the frontline however. I began to listen to my body and feelings more, and have learnt so much to help others.
I have worked with many individuals with mental health severe, enduring and low level anxiety & depression. I can offer support around mental health and holistic coaching within the realms of my training, and ongoing nursing skill sets.
I have completed a Menopause Support Certificate, The Confidence in The Menopause Training for GPs, Nurses and Healthcare professionals. I am a certified Coach. I'm here to help individuals with Lifestyle, Confidence & Self-Esteem, which appears to be a big area where women seem to lose themselves in midlife.
I pride myself on my core value of integrity, hence the extra training albeit supporting individuals in the menopause space for approximately 3 years.
I have created a 6 week programme for those wishing to learn more about the menopause and navigate your journey with lifestyle support.
Revitalise You was born out of hearing the frustrations of women going round in circles with their symptoms, self-esteem and confidence.
The Coaching will consist of 6 1:1 sessions exploring how you want to feel. It includes 6 booklets looking at :-
Hormones and Their Functions
Gut & Liver Health
Weight Gain & Exercise
Emotional, Physical, Sleep & Libido
Mindset
Skincare & Wrap Up.
There is also the option to work with me further after the 6 weeks are completed.

It's a natural transition in a women's life, however, there are also those who identify with hormones, trans, non-binary. The stage prior is peri-menopause which can last anywhere from 4-10 years approximately. 12 months without a period is post-menopause. (Disclaimer surgical menopause, premature ovarian insufficiency would not be classed as such).
Everyone is different, there are 34 symptoms listed on the Climateric Green Scale, however some will say there are many more, hot flushes, night sweats, anxiety, palpitations, irritability, irregular periods, low mood, depression, sleep disruption, bloating, gum issues etc.
There are many ways to navigate the menopause, anti-depressants according o NICE guidelines is not first lone treatment. You can discuss Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) with your GP, or Menopause Specialist Nurse.
